HIV Testing and Linkage to Care: Focused on comprehensive HIV services, achieving significant milestones such as distributing over 240,000 condoms and conducting nearly 6,000 tests in one quarter.

Community Engagement: Successful events like World AIDS Day promoted awareness and education, fostering community participation.

Confidentiality and Trust: Maintained strict confidentiality, encouraging more individuals to seek testing and support.

Social Development Achievements

Vulnerable Populations:Assisted 100 households monthly with food parcels and psychosocial support, facilitating community dialogues and outreach programs.

Psychosocial Support:Notable transformations in community members, such as individuals overcoming personal challenges and achieving self-sufficiency.

Home Visits for Those on Treatment: Ensuring children receive necessary medical care and monitoring and supporting children's educational progress.

After-School Program Success

Educational Support: Provides structured learning environments for students, focusing on academic assistance and skill-building in all aspects of their education.

Participation and Recognition: Engaged with over 1200 learners in 3 provinces, celebrated achievements of students, and organized events to showcase cultural talents.

Collaborations: Partnered with organizations for training and development, enhancing the quality of educational support provided.
